How to Operate — User Guide

• 1Company Setup: Go to Settings and enter your Company Name, Address, Phone, Email, Bank Details, and Currency. This info appears on every PDF invoice you generate.
• 2Chart of Accounts: Use Accounts Mgr to add your Customers, Suppliers, and other accounts (Assets, Liabilities, Capital, Revenue, Expenses).
• 3Add Stock Items: Use Stock Mgr to add your inventory — item name, code, cost price, and retail price.
• 4Purchase Invoices: Record incoming stock from suppliers under Purchase Invoices — quantities update automatically.
• 5Sale Invoices: Create customer invoices under Sale Invoices, then Post and Print or save as PDF.
• 6Receipts & Payments: Record cash coming in under Receipts and cash going out under Payments against any account.
• 7Journal Vouchers: Use Journal Vouchers for manual adjusting entries that don’t fit a standard invoice, receipt, or payment.
• 8Ledgers & Reports: Check Ledgers for account statements, and Trial Balance / P&L Statement for your overall financial position.
• 9Backup & Restore: Regularly download a Backup to your phone, and use Restore to load your data on any other device.
